Westerbeke Injection Pump Test

It seems my disassembly and reassembly of the injection pump was succesful. Both cylinders are now pumping.

Does someone know what size socket is needed to remove the injectors from the 10TWO??

Working on this issue with my westerbeke now. How were you able to free it up?

I did get the pump cleaned and running, but I should have checked compression first because it turned out that motor had a broken piston. Rebuild kits were north of $3k, so I scrapped it and put together a Beta Marine clone with a Kubota Z482 block.

Did you tear apart the injection pump to rebuild it or just spray solvents into it?

@@TateAu18 I pulled apart nozzles and other various parts that didn't affect the timing. If you completely disassemble it's complicated to get the timing set correctly again.

My 2 cyl 4.4 kw Gen won’t start and I do not get that pressure from the pump It just bubbles out.I removed it and now am not sure how to re install it so the pump control arm aligns into the fork.How can I test the pump or repair it so we get more pressureThanks
