Great video! There's honestly something nice about listening to trains rolling over joints, TBH. Glad that the CSX Dothan Sub is still pretty much all jointed rail between Dothan, AL, and Cairo, GA (and yes, I did get some videos on this part at the start of April, lol). IMHO, it'll also be interesting to see how the G&W does the power for Freightliner in the coming years. For a while, the G&W was pretty much entirely (or at least almost entirely) EMD power here in the US, though that seems to have been changing a bit as of late as they've started using GE units more on some of their shortlines. Also neat getting to see that one switch change. Wonder why they were running on a single track through there?

Thanks! 👍😁 I love the clickety-clack too, and there's quite a lot of jointed-track in that part of the country. I believe the one track is bi-directional as for whatever reason there's only one switch-over getting trains onto the correct track to access the line to Felixstowe
