A competent, knowledgeable candidate who has applied the law and precedent to the letter. The issue of the question on a judgement may have been an attempt to single out an incompetence that has been rarely if not ever shown by this candidate individual. Many canditates in the process have been an embarrassing revelation to these interviews. Those that wish to advance themselves in this profession would be transformed by learning and listening to this candidate. Mentoring does not go far...ambition and the hunger for success will take you to places one can only imagine. I also commend her level of humility, politiness and firmness.

The two magistrates that got recommended had the distinct advantage over this candidate in that they did not have to explain what they had done to date to advance transformation, founded on parasitism, for black women lawyers!😜

Transformation should not be the defining prerequisite that will make a judge that has a high work rate and impeccable ethics. This candidate non recodred efforts in transforming people shoud also be considered. Somewhat racial bias in all the interviewers that are perpetually harping on this issue.
