I was very satisfied about the manner in which my divorce case (hearing )was handled by this magistrate she is very polite and very professional. Unfortunately on the final judgement day she was absent . I strongly believe that the magistrate who presided over this matter has been biased and I feel that he did not take into consideration all the FACTS that were at his disposal when he delivered the judgement . I have been following Ms Pangakar in Bellville she is a amazing.

Would this candidate have been successful had she been vociferously interrogated on and on and on about what she had actively consistently and persistently done for years to promote and advance transformation, founded on parasitism, in favor of black (African) women in the advocacy?🤔

I think Ms Pangarker did quite well but came a bit short on the difference between reading in & reading down of a statute which is not a set back you automatically learn that in contracts when there is a crucial word which is missing. The argument woulld be to argue that the missing word should be read into the clause to give effect to the contract.
