Western New York & Pennsylvania Railroad 03/12/2024 Last Westbound to Meadville (?)

WNY&P announced on 03/08/2024 that the line between Falconer NY and Meadville PA would be taken out of service, effective immediately. On 03/12/2024 for possibly the final time the train ran west out of Falconer. Service will continue east of Falconer to Olean.
The concensus among the fans who followed the train was that it probably was the last scheduled run .
In the future I might occasionally post videos of other railroad activity, vintage Lionel and American Flyer toy trains or other material, but
the days of regularly posting videos of Alcos running through this part of far western New York are now history.

I've enjoyed your videos over the years Mark! It's sad we can't seem to keep our local rail line a thru route. Let's hope WNYP can restore traffic in the future. Thanks for sharing!
