This is insane, you put Insta360 ONE R performance to the limits to deliver one of the best pieces I've ever seen with a pocket camera. Congrats!

That's a really breathtaking timelapse! Amazing work!!! 👏 Did you shoot photos or directly video timelapse? I know the timelapses from my GoPro 8 look nothing like this, i'm very impressed by the dynamic range and detail the One R 1-inch edition has 😮

This looks stunning! Watching on a phone I couldn't tell a difference in image quality to one of your regular timelapses. Also I thought that the shot at 0:17 was a drone shot at first, until I realized that it's just close up rocks. 😅

Great stuff! I get that you are using ISO Priority, but is your normal setting for the interval 7 seconds? I'd like to experiment with the technique of time lapse, but I'm a beginner in this area, so any pointers would be welcome (from anybody, since Morten seems to be busy).

the battery life is only 1 hr plus, how did you manage to take timelapse with it?
I have used this camera. To be honest the quality of this 1-inch sensor camera is not as good as I thought. But that also means the landscapes of Norway and the filming of Morten Rustad are equally awesome.

An other excellent example of: You do not need the best and most expensive equipment that money can by. You need to know your equipment and how to use it. A true master will get excellent results even with mediocre equipment. Did I spot Loen and Olden at 0:43 and the Skylift at 1:15?

Mesmerising! Loved the other video too (kzbin.info/www/bejne/aneWgoGlmJ6MqqM) with all of your setup and explanations. I was thinking of another 360 camera (Ricoh Theta Z1) but love the modular style of this one -- also too for the 1-inch module (and aerial cage for 'invisible' drone mode). Stunning landscapes you have captured.
