I love this video so much! Caucasian American woman here with her Thai husband for going on 20 years now. My husband is also resourceful, he negotiates like a fiend and knows how to treat a lady. He's a big softy and spoils our dog, and at the same time has a stubborn streak to figure out problems. He also cooks the best Thai food! - we never go out to Thai restaurants here in Houston!

@@flutingaround I'm Thai. I think we don't care about the "passport bros" movement. We have seen foriengers with Thai women all the time. It's nothing new. I think taller or older it's not a problem. The problem is how to start a conversion with us. Normally we are shy and there are no oppunity to start a conversion with a foreigner women. If you are interest in Thai men, learn Thai and start the conversion first.

And after reading that she was married twice before him Im really so happy for her for finding her happiness. Correct me if Im wrong but i feel like the older generation maybe doesnt have as much love and respect for women as the younger one? Id love to be wrong but i feel like patriarchy is a big thing there? Like "the man of the house" demanding more respect... Most Thai are Buddhists. I think it's just our culture both men and women are calm and easy going. In the south of Thailand, there are a lot of Muslims.

I think it has to do with thai people in general both men and women are extremely kind , cheerful and full of positivity despite earning less money as compared to developed countries whereas these qualities are hard to find in western countries and other countries of asia because everyone is busy in earning money only.
