Hopefully I’ll be able to get some more tackle soon. There are a lot of things I haven’t tried yet. I haven’t done dropshot, hardbaits, Ned rig, and wacky rig. Gonna get some stuff and do it soon. Just got an Intex mariner 3 which is an inflatable boat and I got a trolling motor for it. Those Mini Recon 1 is what I’m looking at getting. Great video and nice gear haul.

Seems like all of the favorite fishing rods are generic oem blanks that are badged differently. Can you tell the difference between the rods in terms of taper, action, and parabolic bend?

That’s over my head 😂 but yeah the white bird is soft the rigged 7’2” is stiff for the rating compared to other MH’s they offer and the 7’6”s are just sick for the extra length on them longer casts, topwater and hookset for sure. Nothin you don’t know, but yeah they are all definitely different especially the big sexy with that fat handle and others being cork or that other fabric whatever, and the Summit is just super light

Idk if you’ve used it yet but is the 7’ heavy big sexy a good rod to use for a general all around rod? I have medium heavys and I’d like to get a heavy rod that still has the ability to fish a lot of things. My heavy now is such a broom stick it limits me too much

Yeah I meant it! It’s soft in comparison to any other rod I’ve got by them. Definitely geared towards cranks or flukes for me. Even a chatterbait I feel the need for something a little heavier with that extra weight, so if you’re considering the white bird I’d get that 7’6”
