I still have this song and bop bop baby on my playlist. I had cancer in my early 30s, so I endured it by listening to Westlife's songs even when I was fighting against it. This song actually describes my relationship with the 90s/2000s, especially in terms of music, the simplicity of life, the innocence of childhood/teenage years, the pop culture, and the entirety of nostalgia the era brings. I took that era for granted, it was so simple and I assumed it would always be that way. Pre-internet years, childhood exuberance, freedom with limited responsibilities, I feel most millennials can relate. Being the last of the pre internet generation, is something we will always share. Westlife is my fave band from that era. My cousins and I have that in common. I feel like for millennials, like myself, that era is a little world of our own.❤
