Other people don't have parking spaces so matt built this building because there's a need in LA. 1 parking spot costs about $800-$1500 per month. That's a good business. He already talked about making a new building in the future.

@@honzarox If the car for example is in the 4th platform at top, he needs to drive the car off the 1st platform, then lower the 2nd platform to ground level, drive off that car, etc, until he can move the 4th platform to ground level. He says he can get your car ready in less than 10minutes.
