for a $50k car, there's no excuse to not have air vents in the back followed along with USB ports. and the cup holders in the back seats should be able to be lifted up or down. im ok with not having a sunroof visor though.

Hoping they can improve the synthetic engine noise in a software update. I love what they've done, but the engine noise needs a little bit of tweaking (and maybe something like a buttkicker under the seat to give the illusion of engine rumble). Borrow some concepts from racing sim setups :)

Chasis is good, power is good, brakes are good, but it still needs to improve on steering feel and the box to approach the 911. Hopefully in the next generation they’ll fix these things…and make it stop sounding like a farting elephant.

Lol you are so locked in driving petrol cars that you don't even know you lose so much performance. The N is a way better car without the fake gears and with the regen on max. And you don't need the sound. You know the speed even without the sound if you listen to the car tires, wind, electric engine etc, etc. Please do the review again as a real racedrive would drive it

Great presentation from both presenters, though Matt wins the argument. The DSG equipped F80 would’ve added further weight for that specialness and occasion. I’ve just bought a 2017 M4C in the UK, with 43k miles, for £27500 (about 35k dollars at our current dismal exchange rate). I extended the warranty with BMW for £850 so no tuning, but as Matt says, I don’t need to go any faster. It’s quick enough. An F80 would’ve cost £7-10k more to a similar spec and age making the F82 an absolute performance bargain. I could have afforded the G82 series, but I’d rather spend the difference on fuel, maintenance and road trips. With a car that’s ‘too new’, I feel more inhibited actually driving it and enjoying it. The older car got my vote. In a few years, I’ll likely buy the newer car, but I’ll avoid those seats with the nutcrackers 😂
