Thanks Chris! Very useful comparison: The Longbowman beat out the Convict and Felon in my bag as the OS complement to the Escape. Feels really comfortable for BH and FH. And the TP beats into a longer straight flight before the predictable fade...

Glad to hear it Ben. It's a great disc, versatile and reliable.

This is a great fairway disc. I enjoy using the VIP plastic. They beat in to lazers!

I agree Primot, the Longbowman gets overlooked for a lot of different fairway drivers. I don't bag it often because of where it fits in my lineup, but I know I can always trust it when I do.

My pleasure, this was a fun video to make.

1.8 cm is the perfect rim size IMO. Anything bigger starts to get in the way.

vvav - if it gets the job done, and you're having fun, that's what really matters. On most courses I could leave the long range stuff at home as well. :)

Could you compare this with the Fortress?

Fortress has a wider rim, and is faster. Similar flight characteristics. They’d definitely complement one another speed wise.

Would you say this is a great discs to forehand? If not, which overstable fairway from trilogy would you recommend for forehand?
@LazyChuckerDG4 жыл бұрын
I am not very strong with the Forehand game. This is my first year using it much at all. My overstable FH disc is an Explorer (it’s not really that overstable, it’s just where I’m at developmentally). That said, I think the LB could be a decent control FH disc. It isn’t as overstable as some other discs, but that would allow more shaping. If you just want overstable, the Felon, Ahti, and Pioneer may be better choices.
