I saw the bag of flower you used to make the pasta and it reminded me of my grandmother and grandfather who were born in Martina Franca but immigrated to the USA in 1923. Elizabeth, I have to say that Goat Morning is a perfect way to start my Saturday morning here in NYC 🗽I enjoy seeing the goats and all the excellent care they receive from you and Leni. The restaurant Km0's food looks excellent, their Tiramisu I definitely would try and with that view!!!!!!! I see Leni's art work on the shelf behind the wine bottles. Mini italian Teachers Leni and Rosi's method of teaching vocabulary is perfectly illustrated: il mare, calmo, agitato. Making pasta looks fun and tactile. Rosi is certainly enjoying braiding the dough. Lentils are one of my favorite foods, whenever lentil soup is on a menu, I have to order it. I never thought of it as a sauce with pasta 😋 Alla prossima.
