why the park owner does not do it himself with professional equipment and keeps the money for himself, instead of charging people to do it, i believe he drops some on the ground to keep charging so people keep on gambling

Also if you would have done a basic google search youd find that crater of diamonds has been commercially mined before. It doesnt yield enough to be profitable but it does yield enough diamonds to sustain it's current business model.
