Wet is literally one of the most underrated bands I’ve ever seen. Their first album was FIRE and judging by the two songs they’ve recently released I’m so frickin excited for their new album !!! This was so beautiful and Softens is such a masterpiece wow oh wow.

These days are rainy days in my city, and at the same time i've started texting a very beautiful guy, so naturaly i couldn't stop playing "Don't You"... now all of a sudden WET blesses my life with new music? I'm so thankful... and I missed y'all so much

Although I've loved this song since it came out, for some reason when i listened to it this time I was imagining a little puppy, or young dog (and dogs/animals in general) who are lost, sold, in pounds, etc who are separated from their human or animal family bonds & tormented, but people continue to "breed" n sell puppies, or give away n split up the animals families; some are horribly neglected &/or physically abused, but are completely trapped n at the mercy of people who "own" them; just all of the torments that this beautiful creatures go through. And, i was thinking of her singing this song to them, for them, about them. In particular, i was envisioning dogs experiening these traumas, and seeing a lost little dog, walking the streets aimlessly, unknowingly 15+ miles away from their home, etc. as I heard the lyrics... ---->"If you're needing something You're looking for comfort Something stable, I hope I'll be able If you've lost your way You don't know your place The sun hits the table At a beautiful angle" and, ---->"When you're needing comfort 'cause you've lost your love Lay your head on the table, in hands of a stranger If you're needing someone 'cause you've lost your love Something stable, I hope I'll be able.. Please be kind, compassionate and gentle with animals & understand that they feel heartbreak when separated from their emotional bonds (including "Factory-Farming" slaughterhouse animals); & please pull over when you see a lost dog, and catch, or follow it, n take pictures to list it on "PAWBOOST" &/or "NextDoor" apps. Please, please, right here, right now, consider becoming a vegan (or, vegetarian, pescatarian, etc); you will NOT be sorry. Sending prayers and love to Kelly, the band, their loved ones, you all & ur loved ones, (even our enemies), & to ALL animals, sea creatures, birds, etc.. especially, the "Lab-animals", n "Factory-Farming" animals, and the lost, neglected & abused dogs & Cats across the world who are lost right this second, & those who will never be found. (In the United States, over 10 million pets go missing each year, and 65% of those never find their way home). 💔🦮🐈‍⬛🐇🐣🐖🐄🐶🐕.. 🥺🙏❤ (Ps. There's another song from Sia that has this same effect on me, (particularly regarding Factory-Farming animals and the emotional/psychological torment that they experience, and what they are thinking & feeling while living in the slaughterhouses, which we eat them, simply for convenience; bcuz, we could even replicate the flavor of almost any meat with a vegan meat. Anyway, the song is called "I'm in here", by "SIA". "We are supposed to be animals protectors.. not their exterminators".
