In the Philippines, going for a walk during a major typhoon is rather common. Naturally, you might not be moving around if you are in the center of it. There wasn't much damage where I walked in Noveleta, Cavite. Just the typical flooding and a lot of rain. Wandering about during a typhoon may be enjoyable because there are a lot of activities going on. Of course, things aren't always like this. The canal is clogged up. Barado ang mga canal. Sewer system is not high priority in those provinces and towns. The people that’s in charge should remedy this situation. It’s getting worst every year. But kahit bumabagyo, and mga kababayan natin ay masaya. Rain or shine, the Filipinos can manage to continue their everyday work and livelihood. Filipinos are resilient people and no one can beat that. Mari at like bamboo ang mga Pinoys. MABUHAY ang PILIPINAS!🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭

Thanks JIGGERS for another great video, always interesting and informative. ~The only city I have been too is OLONGAPO, at that time there were many Jeepnys to get about in. ~There were not any of the motor-bike taxes as yet. ( 1961 ~Marines ) ~CAVITE appears to be a fairly big and busy city.~ I noticed all of the writings on the store fronts are in English, evidently most of the people there can read and speak English. ~ The Market Place has about any thing you can think of, a fantastic Market Place. ~USA
