What would you gents say to someone who wanted to get certification in Wetland Delineation and GIS that already has a BS in Biology and Chemistry?

So if you determined it was a Histic Epipedon rather than a Histosol, would that change your determination? I'm guessing not, so how much hole digging is truly necessary? I'd bounce up and down and say, yep definitely hydric. Lets move on. Save a lot of time better used to evaluate the actual boundary.
