Looks like you could use some bevers in those rivers and streams they will slow down your water loss and rehydrate the ground.

Sadly, they don't exist here and would not survive here.

@@Tortoisetrust Bevers survive and thrive in many deserts in the USA place like Arizona southern California, Las Vegas, Texas, Nevada if you start them out in the headwaters of the mountains where there is at least a trickle of water and some trees IMO they will become endemic to the environment and spread naturally.

@@Barskor1 There are no trickles of water around here. Or trees. The environment is similar to Morocco. It would also cause huge ecological problems (as well as being completely illegal) to introduce a North America species into an area where threy are non-native.

@@Tortoisetrust Ok well then you can simulate bever dams those hills and mountains in the video background or the rivers tributaries are where you need to target the dams placement, any kind of fence posts and brush you can scrouge up will do for setting up about 100 or so. I hope you can save your river and all the life that depends on it.
