@East211kei Thanks. :) Most DC third rail units now run at 160km/h. The ones seen in the video are 444s and 450s, as well as the slower 455s which run at 120km/h maximum. The 458s run on the London to Reading line.

@Biamliam2009 Cheers. That was a 450/5, which were originally 450/0s and are now used for the services from London Waterloo to Weybridge via Hounslow and Addlestone, the Hounslow loop and Windsor & Eton Riverside services.

@will101page Well, there's definitely mixed opinions generally (444s are more suited to long-distance commuters than the 450/0s-some have complained about the 450s on Portsmouth Harbour services due to the cramped seating layout).

I got in on the 11:29 from Woking to do the train-spotting there at Weybridge. The shaky camera was actually me trying to ask for a tone on one hand and holding the camera on the other, especially at the fast ones! :)

I comment for the first time from japan. I'm very intersted in british rail. The new type train(maybe type458?) runs very fast! Is this train running over 120km/h?

@will101page Mon-Sat off-peak, it's normally 4 trains per hour direct via Surbiton towards London Waterloo, with 2 more services running via Hounslow & Chertsey.

I'm not sure, to be honest. I got into Weybridge by train from Guildford on that day.
