It really does, it has such a different atmosphere in the early season when all the rides are away!

My gosh on the way down it was absolutely pouring it down (I was so relieved it had almost stopped when I got there and cleared up by the evening!)

@@JessesGrandDaysOut For us it started at the beginning of June with a flash flood in the center of my home market town of Deutschfeistritz where the house I live in was also affected and after that there was more and more muggy weather! I hope you had a good summer, Jesse?! 😎🌊

Great tour Jesse! So good to meet you here when you filmed this. I remember learning all about deposition layers in Geography A Level which explained why part of Weymouth beach has shingle and part has fine sand, but I have forgotten all about it now!! It was very mixed weather that day - I got soaked on Portland but the sun was out later! You showed lots of things here that I missed. Lovely video. Take care, Paul

I was so lucky, on the way down I could see it pouring through the train window - it had mostly stopped by the time I got to Weymouth (I think it had one last little shower to go when I got there). Thanks Paul, it was so good to meet you too!

Thay was a lovely walk Jessie. We haven't done that one for a long time. Ive never been to the Lodmoor park before. Will have to do it one day. There were some pretty beefy cloudscapes you had there. I dont think ive seen so many fairground rides on the seafront before. It has been apretty poor summer all around i think. 😊😊

It's definitely been changeable weather this year - the day I went it was pouring it down on the way, was kind of lucky it had mostly stopped by the time I got there and it turned into a lovely evening. 😊
