Started using supernova instead of double blazar since we are using the azamina omni negate

Wf cent feels super bad in master duel because the meta is just highroll vs stun vs tenpai vs ftk. 😢

Another great video, I really appreciate how articulate are about some of the more abstract concepts of piloting / deck building. It helps to be reminded exactly what kind of questions to be asking about card inclusion (or exclusion) of a card in a deck and if its really the correct choice. Looking at this build it makes me wonder if this will be the correct variant over something like the fiendsmith version. I found myself pretty consistently lacking a way to synchro off AzElz so this /could/ be the way, but is it worth sacrificing the power of fiendsmith / the ability to turn 2 bodies into combo? Sorry for the lenghty response!

@@TotinosPizza1312 cards like sengenjin really make closed heaven lines even more appealing than they already are in WF I think the main argument for including FS would be Caesar because it makes playing around nib in a nib meta a lot easier and can be your first play It also has less ed slots committed and can function with or without a main deck FS package if you're willing to play just one engraver as a brick I think playing sanct is fine if you're on Caesar only since you don't need the extra lurrie body for sequence into desirae I might make a video on that next

meanwhile im still struggling with what to do with WF on MD. managed to get to Dlv Max today, but man it felt undeserved.

I gave up on Centurion WF because both decks work better with Bystial and Azamina (respectively). If the goal is to use abuse Stand Up on the opponent's turn as a mini engine for a WF deck (not the opposite), you can keep the 1 Astellar in and remove both Azamina and Sengenjin for the Ascator package. This way you can also remove Gargoil, since Ascator will give you the "Synchro 8" you need. Line: Ascator discard (triggers WF S/T), ss itself + tuner, make Primus, add Oath, place Atrii (if you don't have a discard) make Auxila, add either Primera or Standup then do your WF combo. With Elzette in hand you can take Primera and have Rciela get you your WF S/T lineup. Atrii is the most important card of the package because it can be treated as a non-tuner, allowing you to go for easier Chaos Angel (LIGHT/DARK) with the lvl6 synchro-tuners, while you get 2 synchro summons thanks to Woes and Standup. But you can also do nasty stuff such as summoning Atrii, not using Standup, then using Woes to synchro summon and use Standup then and do double synchro summons in chain (first summon Silvera, then immediately go for Chaos Angel) without being restricted to the Main Phase due to Atrii

@@babrad I think you're right about atrii, but its a shame you don't get the draw the turn you summon it in that line. I'm not sure what you meant by removing azamina and sengenjin for the ascator package - I would certainly not remove azette. I could see the merit in removing hallowed but I think I'd rather hallowed as my brick than fire ant. In general I don't like packages that have to be hard drawn unless they are super flex; sengenjin being a plus for a free witch/deception/standup is nice for a card that is almost never a bad draw It also allows weird plays where you only grt to one sync 12 but still crimson out of turn by (for example) using diabell (after resolving her for a silvera) and the single cent you placed in backrow to crimson and target your one 12

I think excluding gargoyle and astellar is a huge oversight. Not only is astellar your best starter in Centurion WF (Yes I know she's more sensitive to handtraps) but also Gargoyle allows you to bridge from Centurion to WF, without him you won't be able to.

@@khaledchoucri1567 there is no question on the ceiling value of those cards - the problem is exclusively the real world interactions In a hand trap format astellar is simply not a good card without toys, and especially so in a variant where your normal summon is so precious If you took ceiling so importantly youd add every brick into the deck and win almost every game 1 you won dice roll for, but that's not how Yu-Gi-Oh works That said, play what you enjoy most if you're not trying to top events

Would you consider doing a video for wf centurion in master duel or do you want to focus exclusively on the tcg?

post suda i think wf cent aza is better because in niche scenarios azette can fusion summon. the fs cards will always be good but not sure about mixing them with cent

@BimYGO True! Always forget that Azette can fusion summon... am looking forward to that card so much

White forest centurion is definitely gonna be my go to build still after SUDA. I'd cut the atrii and add wake up and phalanx honestly.
@BimYGO19 сағат бұрын
i would not cut a mid draw to add two bricks - at that point you might consider just playing a more typical centurion deck to beat the non engine that wf loses to (droll/charmies/shifter) if your locals isnt competitive enough to punish you for playing bricks then go for whatever build you think youll enjoy you most
@abelramos74217 сағат бұрын
@BimYGO Thought process here is primera ain't doing anything on her own if placed with trudea. If she can search wake up at the least then you can climb up into auxila or crimson/legatia. Okay true don't cut Atrii and probably don't add the phalanx either. Moreover, running the sengenjins means it'd at least be live if you open it and the primera.
@abelramos74217 сағат бұрын
@BimYGO My locals is plenty competitive so that's a moot point. Every deck can and might have bricks. Some are win more sure but in the case of this deck I'd say it's a needed one. Hard opening just stand up or trudea with nothing else are literally bricks themselves. So is YOUR locals punishing you for playing bricks? Lol
@BimYGO16 сағат бұрын
@@abelramos742 stand up is full combo, im not sure what the comparison youre making is (not sarcasm, i mean i actually dont know). trudea is also full combo. those cards are quite literally the heart and soul of the centurion engine. wakeup and phalanx are 'engine requirements' as they do not function by themselves; thats why they increase the deck's ceiling but require setup to function even without wakeup/phalanx etc, standup would still be combo because trudea placing itself and primera would be sync12 on their turn as you are not playing a pure centurion deck, it is not even remotely necessary for standup to also access wakeup/phalanx since you easily make sync12s with wf or sengenjin as i said, bricks are always bad. a brick is never good. you can argue that it is necessary for ceiling reasons (e.g. wakeup/phalanx) but that isnt the case in wf. it is the case in pure centurion
@abelramos74215 сағат бұрын
@@BimYGO your points are valid but I gotta disagree respectfully. If you were to draw stand up/trudea and nothing else ie handtraps or breakers. They would amount to just a Legatia draw/pop. My argument for at minimum adding a wake up let's you get to Legatia for a draw to try and access engine and a blazar on your opponents turn as well.
