It is legal to bet on horse races in Texas, playing the lottery etc…gambling is very dangerous for individuals who suffer with addiction. Crazy that the lotto tickets have WARNINGS on them - gambling, IMO is dumb and yet, some of our most brilliant men and women do it to the point of criminality.

Great to see it! There needs to be more trade schools that specialize in the short labor sphere: General Contractors, Electrician and Plumbers. I'd also love to see a software developers hub similar to DSD to pump out more IT/AI engineers that can compete with Austin here in DFW

Setting up your own shop is also gambling, because you don't know if you will have enough customers to survive. You're gambling your money on a business. That's quite similar to as investing in a stock on a stock exchange.
