You can also get certification through AHIMA. ❤ I live in Texas. Certification is a requirement, and it is great for you to have just for yourself.❤ Also, factor in for each state cost of living. ❤ Thank you, Precious❤ Love your videos!❤❤

Hi! Been watching your videos about medical coding and I’m motivated to pursue a career in the field. I’m from the Philippines and would like to find a job in the US once I get my certification. Do you have any suggestions? Looked at practicode but some people say employers don’t really look at it as experience and some say there are glitches in the system, may I know your opinion on this?

Hi! I believe for Practicode it depends on the company. And for finding medical coding jobs overseas, I have no idea about that unfortunately. I was already in the US when I got my coding job. I hope this helps.

Hello po. I'm new to your channel. I was searching for guides on what to expect on the certification exam for Biller. I already have experience in Medical Billing but I still lack certification. I am preparing now kahit next year ba balak mag exam. 😊 Thank you for sharing your journey and some tips. 😊

Hi, I too am interested in pursuing this field! I am wondering though does this type of job follow "metrics," as in you have to process a certain number or amount of paperwork per hour/day/month in order to be considered a capable employee? I don't work well in a fast-paced, heavy metric type job, so I'm really curious about that. Thanks in advance! Also, Iive in the state of Florida and the cost of living to get by for a single person is around $45,000, so according to your stat payscale chart, earning that stated amount would be AMAZING! 🤩

Heyyy!! The answer to your question is in my recent upload. But yes, this world has quota to reach each day.

Thanks so much for your quick response Precious! Is the daily quota "difficult" to reach each day? How about for a beginner to reach it?

Hi there , fellow teacher here. How long did you teach? What made you switch to coding?
@soprecious35563 ай бұрын
Hi!! I switched to medical coding because teaching highschool here in the US is a little bit intimidating to me. I was teaching since 2012 and started medical coding last 2022 I believe.
