At 57, and a former indie music band drummer, I wish I were still young and cool enough to tour with these guys. I saw them play in Santa Fe (Chris lives here). Beirut (who is from Santa Fe) opened for them. It was transcendental. Right up there with Radiohead live at Coachella and Spiritualized live at First Avenue back in the 90s. SHEEEEEEEEIIIIIT!!! I ADORE Grizzly Bear. Also, just fantastic drum work/technique. Less is more.

Grizzly Bear is such a puzzling band to me. This song is pure genius but when I checked them out on Spotify, I realized a lot of their music is kind of uninteresting filler. I suppose it has something to do with several strong personalities pulling the band in different directions. I'm just glad that they were able to produce a handful of brilliant songs.
