Most eggs are either white or brown (depending on the color of the chicken itself - though there's a few breeds that lay blue eggs?) but white is the main color in the US and brown is slightly more pricey as the chickens are bigger and eat more. A quick Google search says the yellow of the yolk varies based on what the chicken is fed. Since golden yellow color is preferred, they feed the hens the foods that influence the color.

With cameras that have autofocus putting something behind the object will cause it to focus on the object up close. Though it needs to close enough to basically cover the camera's field of vision. It's so that it's not all out of focus and blurry while the person's face is clear and detailed.
