TikTok ban set to take effect Sunday

Northwestern Professor V.S. Subrahmanian talks about the reasons for a ban on TikTok and the other apps that could come in its place. How those could also face a similar fate as TikTok if the ban does in fact go into effect on Sunday, Jan 19th.
