it will be called an "accident" and nothing will be done....but if this was a an18 yro he would be dragged into the police station and charged for reckless driving or similar.....we allow these elderly to drive with no restrictions.....every person over 75 should probably have a yearly actual driving test and not only that, but their dr has to certify if this person has the capacity to drive......and the insurance companies must be held accountable if they continue to insure these drivers with so many liabilities.....not trying to be mean, but when you're too old to drive, you're too old to drive. sight...hearing...reflexes....all diminished as we age....

If you take away the guns of the law abiding citizens.. those numbers will greatly increase. Why? Because criminals don’t care about the law, murderers don’t value life, many of these criminals think twice when they know that you may be armed as well. The point being… if someone wants to kill people they will find other means. What we have is a people problem not a gun problem. Murders happen by way of knives, bats, vehicles, poisonings, and through various other measures. If you ban guns people will find other ways.
