It will be interesting to see how quickly you get through some of the classes that aren't tech. I have a feeling that you'll still go through them quickly but watch out for the accounting and finance classes. You'll really want to take your time with those because they can be tricky depending on how the material is presented.

I don't want to rush them, but I think you're right. Some of the classes likely won't take long. Maybe a week or two max.

Hi, I was wondering, what do you think of eJPTv2 as your first certification when starting out in cybersecurity? I'm just starting out on my journey.

I took the eJPT in 2019. Honestly so far, it's the most fun exam I've ever taken in my career. That said though, I took it before the company got acquired by INE, so I'm not sure how well the eJPT holds up today. If you want to get into the offensive side of cybersecurity, it seems like the eJPT and PNPT are the 2 that most people recommend right now. Both are great for beginners.

Hi, I thought the enrollment mentor was going to be the program mentor. In any case dowm the road if you don't seem to click w/ PM how do you request a change?

Hi. Your enrollment counselor is mainly there to help you through the enrollment process when you're signing up for WGU. If you ever want to request a new program mentor after you start your first class, you can call student services and they can help. When I requested a new program mentor with them, it took less than 24 hours before they gave me someone else.

@@CameronEvolved Thank You for the info. I bing watched your video's. I'm thinking of going for my Master's in Marketing @WGU. i got my Associates & BA in SNHU, which I love but the masters program it's about 25 Gran & that's way too much.

Thanks. OA (Objective Assessment) is usually 1 proctored exam. The PA (Performance Assessment) can be different things and usually require multiple assignments. A project, research paper, doing a video presentation, etc. Instead of being live proctored, you do the assignment and then turn them in. It typically takes up to 3 days for each PA task to be graded.

I don't have a public discord or LinkedIn, but I'm considering making one in the future because I get a lot of requests for contact info. The CS degree is a little different than the other IT degrees. I can probably answer any generic questions related to WGU, but there are other KZbinrs who successfully completed their CS degree to might be able to answer your questions better than I can. There are two that I know of that recently finished within the last month or so. One goes by "Camerongineer" and the other is "Alex Does Code". Good luck!
