Great idea to split your degrees over different years. I did a program that let me earn my BS and MS in computer science at the same time but I had to complete all requirements to get both degrees and they have the same year. I’ve had to explain it a few times and it hasn’t hurt me with recruiters, but it’s annoying. Good luck crushing the MBA this fall!

Hey man, every once in a while, we all need to give ourselves some time to relax and decompress, whether that be a vacation trip or straight-up binging video games. I also know that feeling when God of War and Red Dead Redemption 2 came out in 2018. As long as you know you can get back on track, that's what matters. Good luck on the MBA journey. 👍

Thanks! I think I have better control over it now, but I still need to prove it to myself. We'll see what happens over the next week or so. Taking a little time off though (even if unplanned) felt great. I might plan maybe a mini vacation or something ever couple of weeks so I don't overwork myself.

I switched to IT Management as well but in the BSBA. Accounting is a nightmare. I had to put down leisure activities as well cause it sucks up too much time. Congrats on the Bachelors and good look on your MBA brother👏🏻

Yeah, You may have a gaming addiction, (smile) but that's ok. At least it not a drug addiction... It's just a form of entertainment...Everyone needs some type of escape from time to time. You have accomplished a lot. In a small amount of time. And may need to brake away from time to time to keep you mind healthy. I'm pretty sure you are going to accomplish all you set out to do in due time. There is no rush. ..Don't worry about Us KZbinrs. I don't feel so bad only being 7 Chapters into the textbook and have completed 4 of the 7 sections of coursework in the Fundamentals of Information Security - D430 class. I did pass the pre-assessment so I met the critical action needed in the first 45 days of my first semester. Personally, I'm going to take my time. Glad you're getting back on track.

Oh man, I experienced this too but studying for certs. I wish I saw your previous video earlier about BG3 to tell you that you can use a game speed multiplier mod/cheat for story-heavy games. I was able to complete the main story (lawful good ending) in 30 real hours by playing the game at 2x the speed

I've been in the BSBA accounting program since April 1, and I have to do the same things with some of my other things in life. I cancelled all streaming subscriptions so I could focus. It's been working though, I'm on my 15th class and have 9 more after this class. Boy, do i sure miss doing nothing when I come home from work though.

I've been successful in my career without a degree, but I also know that I lost a lot of opportunities along the way because all I had was a GED (I didn't even finish high school). I can afford to attend school now without going into debt and I know that getting this degree will help take my career to the next level.
