I dont think that is even legal. You should sue them. That is totally against the POPI act and if they are an international company against GDPR. You need to name and shame them and that shop needs to be brought to justice. It is NOT OK for a brick and mortar to do this. Online there are "variables" we have to accept but this is NOT ON!!!!! Pls update on this incident it is really important.
