Nice vlog. I would just like to see it from boat rather than disturb it.!!

Thanks for posting, I was about to book this island purely to swim with whale sharks, but this video has put me right off, chasing and haranguing the sharks in loud motorboats with 30 other people in chaos is just not right, it disturbs their natural behaviour. And you were right to stop that person grabbing at it. Unbelievable. I'll pass and leave them in peace. 🙏

If you want to save money and save time in order to see the Whale Sharks, next time stay in Mahibadhoo island (Capital of South Ari Atoll) : First is very affordable island and much cheaper than Dhigurah, Second it's more close to Whale Sharks Point and Mantas Point, and third you will have more authentic local experience trust me. Kind Regards, HM

Can you suggest a good hotel and whale sharks in Maldives
@khaldonel-helo81796 ай бұрын
That's seems chaotic. Did the whale shark tour in Cancun Mexico and it was controlled and each boat created a line and let their people go 2 at a time

I have a question how does it look with the bathing on the island there are really so many not bathing zones? And how about cleanliness and garbage burning ?
@Livingtheglobe Жыл бұрын
The island is one of the longest islands with plenty of bathing zones including the sandbank that’s very long. About the cleanliness all the locals keep the island clean there are however parts where there is trash and that is usually where construction is happening. You can see this in our complete walking tour of the island here👉🏻kzbin.info/www/bejne/mJCQl4hueLWJodU

Its not rare... we were there last month and it was the same situation... up to thirty boats - half of them dive boats - all packed full of hopeful people and each time we got close to where a shark had been spotted it dived into the depths to get away.... we did see it but we were the only two on our boat who could snorkel down to 15-20 mtrs and you couldnt stay there for long.. !!

Seems everyone chasing the shark. We will be doing it in the Philippines and it seems to be waaay more controlled and many more whale sharks which we are excited for! Video soon!
