hey! i didnt need to get a permit cus i have a small dji drone that weighs less than 250grams. but to be honest, there is not much restrictions in Bohol. just follow the basic regulations and you'll be fine :)

Its totally safe to swim with them. They are such gentle giants 😊 and as long as you know how to swim u dnt need to be a great swimmer so swim with them.

We are in Oslob Cebu but decided not to do the whaleshark watching as we learned that there is an ethical dilemma of humans feeding the whalesharks for tourism purposes as it changes their migration pattern. Its ok though, we still had fun. Same reason we didnt ride elephants in thailand
