I always loved Andrew right from the minute I first saw them on Top Of The Pops. I was in my first year at University and at my hall of residence everyone rushed down to the TV room on Thursday evening to watch it and that's when I first saw Andrew and George, and I thought Andrew was the handsomest boy I'd ever seen. He's still gorgeous now!!

Andrew had much more of a role than everyone thinks, the concept, aesthetics and costumes of the group I think was all his idea and at first Andrew wrote songs I think they had equal contribution which makes them an amazing duo

Andrew already knew Wham was gonna end.. You could tell from his facial expresion that he was not definitelly happy about that.

Both of them knew Wham! was going to end, they always said it was a short term thing because it was all about them being young and as they grew older it wouldn't be the same. Plus Andrew always knew that George was such a great singer and songwriter that he had to go for a solo career and get his amazing talent to the top. Have you read Andrew's book, Wham! George and Me? It tells the whole story from when the boys first met at the age of 12. It was Andrew who gave George the nickname Yog.

Andrew said he had achieved what he wanted and knew Wham was going to end. I love Andrew, he is so solemn and those dark eyes. I've seen him interviewed many times and said he misses George.

Of course, because he knew that George is such a talent that you can't limit him, but even he didn't think that George would reach such great heights AND now he's going from TV to TV to promote himself! But George didn't leave him without money either!

A loyal and supportive friend is hard to find. Especially longterm. Andrew was a loyal friend to George for over 40 years. And he remains loyal now, even after George has passed. ❤

The edge of heaven is one ☝️ of the greatest. They were actually getting better near the end. It’s interesting that Andrew bluntly states he is disillusioned with the music industry. What exactly was he expecting?!?

Press put the spotlight on Andrew because George was doing all the work - Which is not a criticism, it is a fact. Andrew's role in the last few years was about showing up for performances - he wasn't doing any recording, writing, or anything - They both agreed to this arrangement and George has said he had no resentment, that Andrew was his friend and his support but, Andrew had been the one with the time to go out.
