Hard to believe this song is nearly 40 years old...a Christmas classic now and probably forever...sadly and bitter sweet George Michael passed away Christmas day 2016 30 years after this was released...RIP George

It will be 7 years this Christmas day that we lost our beloved George, I will be raising a glass for him 💜You have to look into George's solo career, you wont be disappointed, especially any of his live shows, his MTV unplugged session from 1996 is amazing, just faultless, also the concert of hope from 1993, especially George singing Killer/ Papa was a rollin stone 👌 George singing the Beatles song the long and winding road...that will take your breath away 💜

Cute video, guys! The Wham! Video does seem movie-like - however it's not clear in the end if he's with her, he's not with her, he's with the blond, he's not with the blond? I dunno. I've tried to decode it and can't. But I'll say this - this song goes into the category of "songs I wish I'd written" because it's charted over and over and over again through the years, sometimes reaching number one in England and other countries - multiple times! That's the way to write a song! Overall the video for this song just evokes feelings, I guess that's the best way to look at it. That, and the scenery is llike a postcard. In fact, the whole thing is one big Christmas postcard!

This is not a movie you have to realise what decade we are talking about - the 80's was when serious money was spent on music videos therefore including using on location settings, like never before especially the groups of the era that were huge.
