HI FOLKS iv been around hifi and design in cambridge uk , in 1979 ,for 35 years and seen lots of original brands created , the discussions going on at the moment about the HERITAGE look of the Lintons & performance , .. considering they done it in the 60s ,, WHY is it some want to try and degrade a BARGAIN of a speaker That Works , at a Great Price , HERES the TRUTH , ITS easy . i think the HARBETH and SPENDOR vintage Classic range 3way users At 4/or 5/6 Times the Price Feel under threat ,, all those little picky things they want to try and find , Sorry guys but these are value ,,in the right system and a tweak or 2 can sound good ,, OK not a harbeth / Spendor / made of MDF ETC , with Tweaked Drivers and Crossovers Made for them in the uk , but Hey ! these are real VALUE FOR People And just to let you know THIS COMMENT is coming from a HIFI Veteran , my system is all ACCUPHASE , E480 , DP 510 , Graham Audio LS5/9# AT That Price '' I THINK IM GOING To Buy a set of these to have some Fun on the end , of My gear . , well done Wharfdale👍

I have 1100 what amps on them......I don't listen loud, though I could.......But They really are amazing with the right gear.....and very good with most gear...can't go wrong! I hope this helps you!

Nice demo. These are on my short list. My only concerns is I only have 12" - 18" of space from the back of the speaker to the back of the wall. Your video appears that the speakers may be at the same spacing. Ant thoughts are greatly appreciated. Stay safe.

We haven't try Sonus Faber. But we can say, Wharfedale Linton is best in all round in this price point.

Sound balanced thru my earbuds...If I did not have KEF, I would own Wharfadale for sure. These were not on the market back then.

There is no need to plugging the ports. Just try to couple Lintons with stands (blu tack) and then decouple both from the floor(isoacoustics, sorbothane, cork ) to get tight and controlled bass. And you will get even more than just better bass)
