Following her discussion with Stanford Professor Carol Dweck at the Wharton Future of Work Conference about the what and why of growth mindsets, Professor Angela Duckworth answers questions about how to actually turn the belief that you can change into productive action. Mindsets may start in our heads, but it is through our interactions that they shape people and cultures. Angela weighs in on the interplay between mindsets and impostor syndrome as well as the relationship between individual beliefs and structural inequality.
