@@number25jason I see. I am 2 hrs away from Terrace but I can say that rentals there are cheaper than in my town. I checked Fb groups and if you can search for: Terrace and Area rentals, you can find listings of available units for rent. 🙂

How is the rent like? Is it monthly? How much deposit does the landlord require? 1 month down,1 month advance payment? Did you need to get an agent to find this place? If yes, how much do you need to pay the agent?

The rent payment is monthly and requires 1 month advance and 1/2 month deposit. No agent, we just saw the ad online. 🙂

@@dextercabug9676 mayron naman mga day care na mapagiiwanan ng bata kaso kapresyo na ng renta ang cost ng daycare dito. Parang 800 CAD per month sa isang child ung average cost. Pwedeng umabot ng 1,000 CAD pag baby pa. Ginagawa ng ibang couple is salitan sila. Day shift ung isa tapos pang gabi or graveyard ung isa para mas praktikal.

@@dextercabug9676 Dito sa town namin mejo maliit lang kaya hindi ganoon karami ang opportunities. For PR naman, depende kasi sya sa skills, experience and kung san ka located. Pag sa maliliit na provice like PEI and Nova Scotia ang alam ko na mabilis ang PR.
