@@1mtcstory413 Yep. The utilities where I live are on a monopoly and owned by the builder of the subdivision. The price of houses lately is so inflated it is. a joke. Our tax appraisal was over 1.6 million (ridiculous!). When you protest the taxes, which his your right, you never, ever get them changed. We are in a suburb of Austin. I come from Seattle so I know overpriced real estate but no one would think it of TX. Plus we have Ted Cruz so that should really be a consideration for anyone moving here.....

@Jasmin Hamid tell us how much is property tax in Belgium? How much in % per home values? If their incomes are lower than the American ones, I doubt that the property tax is high. Healthcare is very expensive here in the United States. You pay for medicines, doctor's bills and you are never 100% covered. College, universities are not free at all. They cost tens of thousands of dollars a year, etc .... People in Belgium have a minimum standard of living, etc ... not here. People work two jobs to pay for housing. You don't and many others, know that paid vacation is not mandated by law. Your company or employer does not have to pay you for your vacation.

I know a man who cuts homes out of sandstone. Each chamber is an artistic treasure. It takes 3 years on average and he's underground 24/7. People that buy his time see he is fed, has medical services, and stay away otherwise so he can stay undistracted. Works for less than a quarter million dollars. Requires solid sandstone. Not layered. Any high cliff cliff view is ideal. Expect to have lots of skylight portals overhead. Each future dwelling will be unique. One of a kind. Priceless.

Honestly, if you could just have and million dollar house, southern Europe all the way. Since you get house without mortgage, you won't need much especially if you opt for proper eco house with solar panels. You can just spend time traveling, and that's the best spot as there's so much to see and everything's close by. You have alps, amazing Mediterranean beaches and ofc all the cultural stuff. Other choice would somewhere between Thailand and Australia if you want to live cheaper and have different kinds of adventures and environment.

@bagaea this is what the western media is brainwashing you with. I've never seen anything positive about my continent in cnn ,aljazeera , abc news and so on. Do y'all even know that africa is the fastest growing in economy despite our corruption. Even us has corruption and poverty and racism , but y'all don't highlight those major drawbacks.
@tonybaksh7597
@tonybaksh7597 4 жыл бұрын
@bagaea what you mentioned is all across the world. Even asia go through such issues . Our low infrastructure is because of the colonialists taking all the resources we had. Terrorism is not caused by us. I don't know why the islam religion does that but we aren't the cause of that. Discrimination is also in america and europe . In the 50s and 60s there was so much segregation. Heck, they even wanted to murder a black kid for entering a "white" school

@@coindorni In Brazil, there are incredibly nice places to live, and with the USD so valuable (in comparison to BRL), you'd get to live in a mansion in Jurerê Internacional, in the North sector of Florianópolis Island, and that's not shabby at all. Even more importantly so in comparison to that flat in Monaco or the garage-ish house in Toronto.
