Is the balcony at 14:08 also part of the last apartment that costs $1.1 million? Or is it just the tiny balcony? If the large balcony is also part of it, then I would buy the apartment if I were you. The view in the evening must be breathtaking. A built-in pool on the huge balcony would be epic, but that would be extremely expensive 😅

Exactly. Buying an apartment or house in Manhattan would be way more risky today than buying a house way out in the boonies where if some type of big shutdown or great "REE SETT" (yt flags it now) happened, you would be able to survive much easier than being stuck in the middle of somewhere like NYC.

That’s why I love the Midwest . I live in a private neighborhood with one road in and out. No traffic. Super quiet. Surrounded by woods . 3600 square feet. 4 bed, 4 bath, oversized garage doors , 9 foot ceilings , 14 foot garage , huge laundry room, an office , gas fireplace , double vanity in bathrooms . Deep soaking tub, walk in closets , all brick, huge deck, sunroom , big yard , extra garage , huge downstairs family room, and another bonus room downstairs I’m gong to turn into a theater . $360k. It pays to live in a “flyover” state

I think your apartment at the moment still got the best view & distance from the Empire State Bldg 🤩I always tell myself that 🗽Look how it perfectly frames on your large windows, not too far, not too close 😍 You could see when & how it's light changes every season/event 🌃

The new condo/apartment building with your Broker Tali there was nice. New construction with that it does not seem that there will be something else built there close that would block your views!! So, you have a small balcony! That is ok! But it is nice being in the heart of Manhattan. The condo/apartment maybe small for a $1Million plus but the cost of living there in New York's city in general is high! New place though to consider. Were there other neighborhoods to look at with your personal price point? I know I continue to look over in the Sutton Place neighborhood for some thoughts of living there.

Nice video! but HOA fee and taxes should be shared. Those 2 combined for sure are another rent. That’s the reason I won’t buy in Miami. HOA + taxes (which don’t bring any equity to the property) are equal to a monthly rent in Brickell, Miami.

Have you looked at any houses? For a million you can get a 3 bedroom with a finished basement and backyard in brooklyn or queens. You can rent the other room to your camera guy and the the basement or garage for your youtube studio. =)

you have a happy holiday too. i hope you get that last condo with a view of msg, manhattan west and the hudson yards, it is an amazing find. i am an optimist about all of the private and gov't efforts to improve all of the penn area. certainly moynihan, penn 2, a new improved penn station along with the nearby high line, the high line extension, hudson yards and man west are huge moves in the right direction. not that anyone asked me but i don't even agree with the complaints that the hud yards/manhat west are rich peoples playgrounds. and ...??? as is, 75% of the boroughs of nyc are working class and middle class. though, yes. the city could stand to have more affordable and stabilized units for the middle classes . if most of the city was for the poor, there would be no tax revenue to keep the city running for anybody.
