I'm trying to figure it out too. Did you end up learning how? I'm guessing it's the ledge slip buffer tech and while he's ledge slipping/walking forward, he's actually holding back so as to get the turn around crack shoot Terry gets when launched off stage. If you didn't know, when an opponent launches you and your back is to the stage, if you just do back (towards the stage) and special, you'll crack shoot the wrong way towards the blast zone. But if you hold towards the stage for just a few more frames, you'll get a turn around crack shoot towards the stage. That must be how he's doing it though I can't do it yet.

Yo... I think I figured it out. Are you still interested? I thnk it's basically just like the Down Tilt Coil tech. Where you can charge a direction with the C stick while moving around freely with the left stick.
