@Ms.Robinson__9 ай бұрын
@joey-pn3xe lol I enjoyed hanging out by the pool and lagoon. I got attacked by mosquitoes at night in my room though, because I was on ground level. That was a major issue. I was never so happy to know there was a pharmacy next door. 🤕 Mosquitoes find me on the Continent, unfortunately.

Vanessa, welcome back! The project is very huge. Talking about this apartment, I prefer to live 4th to 10th floor, because when you stay 2nd floor going up, using the stairs going ups and downs will keep fit, hardly to get sick. So here in cathedral avenue DC. I'm currently live on 7th floor, and I don't like to use elevator or lift, always using stairs because it good exercise and I'm enjoying that

But you can still live on lower floors and still use the stairs for your exercises.

Vanessa I'm more interested in the roads from Accra mall to these properties. Yes, the properties are relatively cheaper, and in good location. But what if the roads are so bad that I'm unable to drive home or have to go through miles of potholes to get home? The target of these developers is diasporans and expatriates because the average Ghanaian can't afford these properties even in a thousand years. So if we are the targets, then they have to do better. Businesses can no longer be passive with government. They can also put pressure on government to help fix our roads. If roads were good, this property's worth 15% more in my view.

Cheaper? The average Ghanaian can’t afford them, and you call it cheap?
@kontomylitis5 ай бұрын
@philipboateng5667 did I say cheaper or relatively cheaper?
@14boatman5 ай бұрын
@@kontomylitis You still meant it’s cheap because you were probably comparing it to advanced countries. As a resident of the U.S., I can assure you that these homes are not cheap in Ghana. It's unfair to compare Ghanaian houses to those in advanced nations because the economies are completely different, the average standard of living is different, and labor is relatively cheaper in Ghana, as is land.
@kontomylitis5 ай бұрын
@philipboateng5667 of course, it's cheap. The fact that you can never afford it in your lifetime does not negate that fact. Real estate in Accra is not for the poor.

Hello Vanessa thank for showing this. Please next time when you do an apartment showing and you have the owner to ask questions like in this video, please do us a favor ask them some of the important information that prospective buyers want to know. What is the HOA fees or maintenance fees. Majority of places have that and it’s important to know. also what is the lessee hold on these apartments and how May years. We do not want to only know how beautiful it is and the fact that it’s in East Legon and it has shops around. Also show us a complete 1 and 2 bedroom with the inside. I think your videographer did not do a good job showing the inside of this one. Thank you.

Thank you for this video. Just a few tips, it would have been a much better presentation if you showed more of that first apartment. You did not show the entirety of any of the rooms. We did not see the whole living room. We did not see the kitchen. You went into the master bedroom, but the camera person stayed outside the room and took the video from the doorway. All we saw was the bed. We did not see the whole room. You said there were wardrobes, but you did not show them. As for the bathroom in the master bedroom, it looked like the lights were off so it was hard to see anything and you really did not show the bathroom. It seemed like the camera person was standing outside the bathroom and zoomed in on a small part of the shower, in the dark. You said there was a terrace in the master bedroom, but you never showed it. After watching the entire showing, I still have no idea what the apartment looks like. These are things you may want to think about when making your next video of an apartment showing.
