Ms. Barber, you worked every inch of the 470 Sq. Ft. apartment Unit. The hallway off from your fabulous kitchen gives off expectation. Your choice of neutrals works in an airy and comfortable way. Giving off a peaceful and cool vibe. You did a fantastic job. I love the clear coffee table, the tall mirror adds a more spacious look to your living room. I love the living room area because of the combination you made of coffee table + rug + sofa. In fact, I think I need a rug like that to place at the foot of my Togo sofa from Manhattan Home Design, since its upholstery is fabric boucle and I think it would be a good match. However, I can't imagine adding such a gigantic mirror to my area, although I admit that it has its advantages xD. Thank you very much for the tour! Your style is very interesting.

With your washer/dryer, surprisingly large kitchen and all that closet space, and in a luxury building with amenities, they'll ask for top dollar. And they might get it.

Covid so they were desperate but landlords will def raise rents in a year or so . Some smaller landlords i think will let tenants stay if they're good but they're def chomping at the bit
