Or he has a trust fund and I’d like that too Edit: he’s paying for it all by himself!!! Pls pls do a career video on him!!!!

tysm for mentioning the lgbtq history of the village...a lot of youtubers gloss over these important cultural centers and just show the 'cute spots to eat' etc. (nothing wrong w this i just appreciate people who actually take it another step) because its not 'on brand' for them to be culturally aware. anyways love this series and keep them coming elena!!

Can you make a video talking about the salary people in NYC usually earn in different jobs and how they afford living there?🥰
@MTMF.london
@MTMF.london 3 жыл бұрын
There really is no "average" salary in NYC. New York is such a huge hub for so many different industries it is hard to say what is average. Finance/banking; media/publishing; performing/visual arts; fashion; tech; medical/health/wellness; academia; hospitality (hotels/restaurants/event planning), plus many other supporting jobs - they all have different pay scales. I will say though the highest average earners are probably in the fields of banking/finance and law. And certainly not everyone who works in NYC can afford to live there. Even the outer boroughs are expensive now and many commute from suburbs and towns from the whole of Tri-state area.

I would love to live in a place like this in the West Village! Having laundry, a separate bedroom (albeit small), A/C, and a washer/dryer all make this place great. Living in San Francisco I don't have sticker shock over the rent, but also wish that things in both cities were priced much lower so that, as an older person working in social services, I don't have to be so scared of not being able to afford anything moving forward!

may I make some recommendations Elena? I think series idea is great, maybe you can create an intro for the series like the owners(or you) can say 'BuzzedIn' when opening the door(im not the most creative, but that is an idea to start with) and another thing, the camera quality is good but it was a bit shaky so it is possible to opt for a hand tripod maybe? Hope it helps
