The amount of friends I made playing this game is insane. Lifelong friendships I will have now because of BF1. Many long nights and early mornings grinding with the platoon. I would leave work early to come home and play a platoon scrim. BF1 at its peak was something special and I will always remember it!

Absolute nostalgia. I haven’t seen verdun/vaux in years... I remember the days when with a decent attacking team on verdun heights, where literally everyone helped push to get to vaux! Total PANDEMONIUM! In it's heyday, BF1 was one of the greatest multiplayer games I've ever played. I started with TDM as that is what I was used to with CoD. Moved on to ever other play-style I could think of and that game rarely disappointed. The TTK was almost perfect from the start and just got messed up from there with the add-ons. Now that I have an Xbox Series X I want to revisit it to see if it's still as good as I remember.
