The problem I have with real estate is that homebuilders don't offer insurance, maintenance, repairs or other services. They leave it to the homeowner to hire an independent contractor. It would be so much easier to have everything under a single brand. If brands would look to copy what Apple is doing, offering monthly financing, leases, subscription and insurance. Tesla appears to be following Apple's lead.

Your best bet is to dorm if you're going to attend USC or UCLA. You can always find a roommate as well and split half of the rent for an apartment. Believe it or not, there are some apartments for $1200 near DT LA, but it is in a not so safe area. You're looking at between 400 to maybe 600 sq feet tops.
@anonymousgirl7995 жыл бұрын
kassy V Sadly, that price is unheard of, even in the worst neighborhoods. In LA these days, people are paying $1,000 to live with a roommate. The rents are sky high and the wages aren't. That accounts for the high level of homelessness and people leaving California, altogether.

Total ripoff 3/2.5 3,000 sq ft for $25k/month. For $300k/year that's a joke. Just get a mortgage at that point. If you can afford $25k/month rent you are making $1-1.1 million per year.
