That's cool , nice view. Very basic but that's all you need. Next time i come to the Philippines, I'll stay a year or more but I like to travel around so I'll just move around from place to place, a few weeks here and a few weeks there. Too bad about the mold.

Looks like an SM condo. I have rented a condo there and it looks exactly like the one that you have. I did not experience the moldy smell though, but I did in a hotel in Boracay. Just leave the balcony door open and continuously run the a/c until the smell disappears, …. hopefully.

@@aaronaround oh man, then if that is the case, get out of there. It’s not good to be inhaling that. When I rented a condo via airbnb in BGC, It had a lot of roaches. I told the renter and I got a refund. So try getting a refund and find another one and good luck!

Did you have the apartment lined up prior to your arrival? Or stay in a hotel and find a realtor to help you search?

That place looks a lot like the Jazz Condos....and we stayed there once. We liked the swimming pools. Anyway, do you know if there are more sweet deals at some of those towers nearby? I imagine that a real estate agent may be able to help, if an Airbnb person does not know the market.

honestly I think sm Jazz is one of the better deals in the area for that level of accommodation. If you are looking for longterm definitely look on Facebook. It is much cheaper and there are many options on there... but it has been my experience for short term (1 or 2 months) airbnb is the easiest but not the cheapest, unfortunately.

many of those condos are available in Makati, I did stay also in a few. almost always when we check out they found problems. The toilets walls are made out of putty, and many times toilet paper hanger was loose because the wrong plugs were used. the bed was broken etc. etc. they hope you will pay/ not get refund. my airplane always left very late so I did sit on a chair and said: I will not pay for your scams. one time I did pay Foreigner Fee because of my naked shoulders in the elevator, going to the pool. and yes, I got a printed copy of my verdict. good luck !!!

Yes you can.. I found it on airbnb and worked a deal off the website.. but honestly if just a month airbnb is your best bet unless you know someone
