Bought 5 pairs of sunnies in Malaysia, they would break so easily, no bartering but still cheap as, buying petrol for our scooters in used cool drink bottles was a culture shock. Hawkers in Bali I've heard get beaten up by their masters if they hound you too much, These people don't earn much.
