2:44 twonotes FTW!!!! I’ve been recording directly from modelers via usb and i love the possibilities. I think i would love a multi channel interface to capture my WDW and quad sound setups. 6:36 noodles come in handy for so many things. I use them as spacers to keep amps or cabs from getting pushed against the wall and damaging the cables.

No reason, they just had rack units before. Since I have a rack now, it's convenient, but it's not something I would recommend over the Torpedo Captor X

As a bare minimum, he needs an acoustic guitar, and nothing else. Then maybe an electric guitar, an amp, and a cable. That's it. Anything else is a matter of personal preference, and is not a "need".
