Get that PVC outta there, fix it with copper. Learn how to sweat copper fittings, I could fix that for a couple hundred bucks. Sheetrock is 10$ a sheet, Joint compound, paint, this stuff is all easy. Unless, you hire people and spend your time buying and selling rather than working on them. Is the juice worth the squeeze?? IDK. 30K spent might be 10K and blood sweat and tears that takes a little longer. The other house, why the don't they build these houses higher, or spend the money for better drainage?? If it flooded once, it'll flood again and insurance is no solutin in FLA or CA. You only lost money on the meme coin if you sold, it's possible it will rise again. I own 16 units and I do 95% of repairs on myself (no roofs anymore), and I've traded Crypto for 10 years+. Good luck.
