@@jesse_mills3075 well I teach at a ballet school, and we don't care what you eat as long as you don't come in looking fat. Some of our girls are fat when they come in so trying to lose weight so we give them meals for that but we don't y'all at our students about food unless they bring it in the studio. Because we don't allow some foods in the studio.

But fyi, I just wanna let you know that eating fruits before your meal is better than eating them after your meal because it can make your digestive system easier to digest your meal, and drinking tea after eating greens will inhibit the absorption of iron in your body, anyway. So maybe you can switch into another option. Stay healthy and keep inspiring people, Luna! 🌜

rainbow pink yes, that's right. Especially if they eat iron-rich foods such as greens and meat. Tea contains tannin that will inhibit the absorption of iron in the body, so drinking tea will lower the haemoglobin level and make anemic ppl's conditions get worse

I really loved what you said at the start. As a male dancer, I get really jealous of other guys who are taller than me since they automatically look leaner. I love watching what i eat in a day videos because I'm always inspired to try new foods and recipes! I get what you mean though about feeling bad after watching them. I try to eat healthily but I unfortunately have enough allergies to make some recipes and kinds of diets impossible (some forms of soy, nuts and certain raw fruits and veggies thanks to oral allergy syndrome, and bananas). I have to really work to find food that is healthy and I am able to eat, and of course enjoy, but I definitely get inspiration from videos like these!

I'm gonna get real with y'all: I´m an aspiring professional dancer myself and I have many friends that are also dancers (we all are ballet dancers, to be specific) and yeah, some have diets and all that, but tbh we eat whatever the hell we can find or we can buy because with 7 hours a day of training + rehearsals, there isn´t much time to be picky on the eating department and also, one burns all the calories with all those hours of training, so yeah... not all of us plan our meals in advance nor have time to do "Instagram-worthy" shakes, lunches or whatever... Tbh, I think Luna eats too less and if I had in a day what she eats here, I will be starving and literally with zero energy through a normal day...
